Went to Salut's not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Smaller store but very well layed out. Store is very clean and organized, the staff was great. Help was offered while I looked around, employees seem to have a good understanding of stock and whats available. I was really impressed by employees asking for input in ideas for new stock. Selection included good selection of craft brews 4 packs, 6 packs and singles. Nice selections of Bombers and 750ml. Good selection of out of state breweries such as Stone, Sierra Nevada, Avery and Ommegang. Stock appears to be new, good variety of seasonal brews. Not the best selection in town but it would be awful hard to beat the service.

I was on this side of town for a superbowl get together and decided to check out this store. Clerk noticed my Bell's Brewery sweatshirt as I walked into the store on commented "nice sweatshirt". Clerk was busy stocking some new wines but checked in on my after a couple of minutes and asked if i was looking for anything paticular. I was not, just scanning their select.
They had nice selection of local brews in singles, 4 packs, and 6 packs. I settlet on some dark Horse Too Crem Stout and some Founders Imperial Stout. She joked with me at the check out that I did not buy any Bells. Was informative letting me now that they had some Founders All Day IPA but couldn't sell until the next day, because of the release. I would go back again if I was on that side of town.

Decided to check out this new-ish place. It's on Gull Road next to Bigby's Coffee and Q-Doba.
They have a pretty darn good selection of local microbrews, with multiple offerings from Dark Horse, New Holland, Bells, etc in both singles and six packs. Not a very big 750mL selection of locals though. Some random Belgians and non-local American brews, like DFH and the likes. I picked up a bottle of Goose Island Bourbon County Stout. The staff was very helpful, pointing out some Dark Horse Too Cream Stout in the coolers, and mentioning that they're getting in more variety soon.
Worth checking out. While overall they have less selection than Tiffany's on West Main, they have some stuff I've never seen at Tiffany's.
