Had this on draft at the brewery that was an absolute must-do on my Israel trip. It was the only pale ale on draft. Turns out this wasn't pale (dark in color) and wasn't an APA style (wayyy too malty). Plus it's expensive (29 ILS), so I was disappointed to say the least.
However, it's not all bad news: the pub is very cool, and their spicy blond ale significantly exceeded expectations!

Pours a hazy, somewhere between orange and dark gold in color. The head is quite minimal and also short lasting,
The aroma is nice. The fruity hops are easily distinguishible.
The taste starts easy on the bitterness, but continues with quite a lot of it, but not in the bad way. It's very drinkable with an eaqually bitter finish. The aftertaste is more easy on the bitter part.
Pleasantly drinkable, one of the better ones lately.

Obtained in a trade. Thx! Split with several people. 33 cl. bottle sampled. Hazy golden with a white head. Nose is actually pretty hoppy, yep USA hops, oily, some resin, floral, citrus,… Taste is bitter hay, oily resin hops, citrus, touch zest, some light caramel mats & yeast, slightly floral bitter. Bit oily, not too heavy, pretty enjoyable. Pretty nice brew from Israel.

Tap at the brewery when I was in Israel a few months back, reviewed from notes.
Big reddish semi clear color, cherry red, with light wasps of head.
Big fruity citrus hop, tangerine, orange pith, spicy slight musty, bits of grapefruit, fluffy amber malts, nice floral hops.
Taste again fruity, light citrus and tangerine like, little grapefruit pith, hint of musty resin, little floral character, juicy fruit. Light fluffy amber malts again, mild sweetness, med bitterness. Finish is drier, but more bitterness and pith and rind. As it warms nice spicy cascade hop.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb.
Overall my fav beer from them. Very Americanized, the only one I felt was truely up to date with current brewing styles. But still for being in Israel this was a great brew-pub to visit.

Comes in a brown 330 ml glass bottle.
The beer pours a nice golden-brown clear color with little head. good citrus and honey aroma. But what I loved most was the taste, sweet and slightly bitter aftertaste. Citrus, honey, hops and malt. Interestingly this beer is made with Silan, date honey. Overall an excellent beer definitely worth trying and possibly one of Israels best to offer.

A tasty brew, A very good pale ale. Beautiful citrus aroma. Dry hopped with Cascades. Mouthfeel a bit disappointing. Little carbonation. Nice and mild malt flavor. Definitely the best Israeli made pale ale on the market also one of the only pale ales you can buy in Israel.

Thanks Barak for sending in (DeadSwedishGirl)when you came to the US of A. Not a bad one, great enormous off-white head on citrus coloured body. AN that's what it tastes like, it is citrusy and drinkable. A bit thin mouthfeel and way udnercarbonated, nearly flat - imagine bottling is an emerging industry in Israel and this must be amazing on tap.
