A - Semi-transparent yellow-orange sunburst with adequate carbonation. Nice full snow white head with moderate lacing. Very pretty.
S - Lemon Grass and other citrus notes are apparent. Nice smell; not too weak and not too strong.
T - Wow. This is a great tasting pale wheat ale. This beer is not overpowering nor weak; it has more than enough character to be remembered fondly. Truthfully, this is not a complex beer- its simple and satisfing. Lemon grass stands at the forefront, blended with a hint of wheat. Amazing.
M - Clean, crisp, satisfing.
D - Extraordinary. I could drink more than several.
All in all, though there are a few great pale wheat brews, this brew defines the pale wheat genre for me. Personally, without a doubt, I think that this beer is an A beer.
