Relatively heavy pour gave about ¾" head. decent lacing, hazy straw yellow. When I first put a nose to this I swear it had the faint smell of bourbon that gave way to citrus, pineapple and malty notes. Pineapple and malt seem to be at the forefront of taste with little carbonic bite across the tongue, seems to finish a little thin. Decent mouthfeel and very good drinkability.
A very tasty and refreshing beer, could pass as a hefe...but no bubble gum. I could easily come back to this one, particulary this summer.
edit: After savoring another, I noticed aftertaste and finish going a little thin and lowered taste and drinkability #'s a notch, still a very nice beer though.
