Served cold into a pint glass.

Amber lager is a hazy redish brown color with thin white head. It settles quickly and leaves very little lacing.

Aroma is mild and slightly fruity with a little bit of green apple and yeast.

Flavor is also mild with more of that green apple. A little nutty, sweet, and mildly bitter.

Mouthfeel is light in body and moderately carbonated.

Overall not a really exciting beer but not half bad. Also not worth getting again.

Pours a very pale amber with a half inch of foamy, bubbly white head that has decent retention. The nose is initially a little soapy, but once the head settles it becomes grassy. The taste is sweet and caramelly up front with some grassy, floral hops in the finish. There's a fruity, sweet characteristic throughout. It's medium bodied, crisp, and well carbonated.

Not a bad beer, but the malt and hop character seem to be at odds. For the style it's a little sweet. This probably won't be a beer that I seek out again.

Poured fast and furious to create and equally pissed head of three fingers, vienna titled on the bottle, vienna sausage in color. Some sweet malts and raspberry mesquite notes on the nose. The flavor profile matches nose but with less pronunciation. I let warm a tad and unsalted pretzel bread comes into the background but nothing else. The body is barely a light middleweight contender as is the subtle mini-bubble carbonation.

Overall I'm not sure why they didn't blow up this style to a bigger beer. There are good flavors here but really this is one of the most pedestrian "craft" beers ever.

Pours an effervescent amber with 2 fingers of beige head. Minimal head retention & lacing

S: Cereal notes, along with pears

T: Follows the nose, some caramel & dryness up front as well. Some woody hops mix with pears & oaky notes as this warms. Finishes crisp with hints of oakyness & watered down apple juice

MF: Light bodied, firm carbonation, okay balance

Not that great an example of the style, pass on this one, lack any real flavor or depth

A: The beer is relatively clear amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high dense off white head that gradually died down, leaving a thin head covering the surface and dots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sweet caramel malts and buttery bready malts are present in the nose along with some faint hints of spicy hops.
T: The taste has flavors of toasted malts and hints of sweetness. No bitterness from the hops is detectable.
M: It feels a little shy of medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems to be a little too malty and sweet for the style; it could use a little more bitterness from the hops. It's easy to drink but I'm not sure if I would have another one of these.

Poured cold from a bottle into a pint glass.

Appearance - Pours a hazy rust or amber color, true to form and the name on the front of the bottle. Although it produced a decent head, it quickly vanished and left little lacing.

Smell - Mild, a little on the fruit side, with a tinge of hops to spice things up a bit. Not too bad.

Taste - I was mildly impressed, although certainly not taken aback. There is a slight malty hint to it, along with some fruitiness and slight hop bitterness. There is a lot going on, but nothing really stands out as remarkable.

Mouthfeel - Actually fairly good. Finishes decent, good level of carbonation.

Overall - Not a bad beer, but nothing stands out either. To sum it up in a word, it's forgettable. The flavors seem to compete with each other, no real defining characteristic. I'd drink it again if offered, for sure, but I wouldn't buy it.

Poured an amber color with great clarity. The white foam started out about two fingers but faded fast. Still ok lacing.

The aroma was much fuller than expected from a lager. Still clean, but nice bready notes and toasted nuts. Grassy hops balance things out.

Nice clean, hints of freshly baked bread, touch of cocoa, caramel, and nutty notes. Great malty front with a grassy hops to balance things out.

Overall, crisp, clean and refreshing.

A great tasting to lager.

Poured into a standard pint glass. The beer is a english tea colored copper. The head dissipates quickly to a wisp of bubbles with light lacing down the glass. The aroma is amazing as sweet chocolates come through from the chocolate malts. The beer tastes as good as it smells -- toffee and semi-sweet chocolate wash over the palate with a slightly dry finish from the hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and finishes clean, easy to drink.

Overall, I'm surprised at how well i liked this one. The smell and taste of sweetness is present without being overdone. Highly drinkable. Recommended.
