We arrived around 7 and ordered wings, fries and beer are a long day of driving. The wings were soggy and soaked with grease as were the fries. The beer was cold but lacked the proper the proper amount of CO2 and was very flat with no bubbles. The employees were rather rude and actually, we didn't feel safe in there. The people were constantly watching us and we ended up leaving before finishing our food. The place was actually a waste of money and we won't return. I don't know how they can stay in business.

My go to place when I am back in South Carolina! The coolest bar around. The staff is super helpful and always ready with an intelligent suggestion when I want to try a new beer. I encourage anyone I know to stop in and have a relaxing evening. Everyone I have told about Backstreets can't wait to go back!!! Talked to some friends from my days at CU who were in Clemson for the NIT game and they said Backstreets was rockin'

I haven't been here, but since there's no place to "flag review", it's obvious that the poster below me is fake. It's part of a gun-rights campaign to trash this guy's business. If that "review" can be removed, feel free to remove this one as well.

Stopped in here for a few pitchers last night. The had bell ringer and sweet water 420 on draft. Pitchers were a good value at around $8.

Friendly service and attentive bar tenders, although it was not busy at all. I enjoyed the ambiance which reminded me a bit of a hawaiian theme.

We had a hand tossed pizza which was very tasty. Good people, good food, good prices, and a decent selection. I would go again.

The only thing I didn't like was that when my buddy ordered a can of Old Chub it was served to him already opened. It wouldn't have been a problem, but he was going to shotgun it.

Just a block off of downtown Clemson. This isn't a beer destination by any means, but if you're in Clemson, this place isn't bad. Not a very big place and typically a bit smoky. Two pool tables up front, long bar on the left, and booths on the right. Darts in the back unless there's a band playing. Approx. 8-10 taps, usually with a couple locals selections plus the obligatory SNPA. Decent bottle selection-- carry a few Sam. Smiths, along with Harpoon, Anchor and a few more locals.
Very decent food at a very reasonable price. It's worth going on Tuesday for the discount pizzas, which are anything but disappointing. Hard working bartenders and plenty of other staff on hand round out an enjoyable experience on every visit.
