Bottled Feb. 4 2014. Getting on for an IPA, purchased in a mixed sixpack a week and a half ago

Poured from the 12 oz. bottle into a stemmed tulip glass.

a: Clear amber with an inch tall white head which receded to thin even surface foam and sense lacing

s: Mild pine

t: Mild to moderate piney hops over a medium sweet bready malt base. Bitterness lingers briefly on the tongue. Slight grassiness in the finish.

m; Light to moderate with good body.

o: A nice addition to the new session IPA trend, a fine dinner or session drink due to the mild nature of both malt and hop flavors.

From the 355 ml. bottle bottled on February 27, 2014. Sampled on April 21, 2014

The pour is golden copper amber with a long lasting white foamy head. Nice to look at.

The aroma is not very rambunctious. I'm getting some toasted biscuit malt and a decent enough hop note but overall it is subtle and vaguely soapy.

Smooth, medium body that makes it easy to drink.

The taste is a step up from the aroma with a more notable hop bitterness mixing in with the roasted biscuit malts.
