pours a black body with a brown chocolately foamy head. looks like a chocolate milkshake when looking from directly overhead, not much lacing.
caramel, chocolate and coffee seem to be fighting to be the dominant aroma, but no clear winner.
coffee and caramel are the most dominant in the taste with chocolate in there too. there is also a slight hint of the alcohol present on the back of the tongue.
good mouthfeel, very creamy full bodied stout but has a slight aftertaste.
pretty drinkable beer, good RIS, look forward to trying the oak aged version
