On tap at Ginger Man in NYC.
Pours a think syrupy black body with a brown head, and truly beautiful lacing. Aroma is a potent combination of chocolate, tofee and roast malt. The taste is similar to the nose. Reminds me of chocolate/maple syrup and molasses. Don't even think about detecting any hops. The beer coats my mouth with a real syrupy feel. This beer is actually too think and syrupy and too sweet. Roastyness is barely noticeable. Not properly balanced.
This beer has excellent reviews, so I was shocked to be dissappointed with this beer. It may have been served too cold. I may give it a try out of a bottle sometime.

A - pours a beautiful, thick black with nice dark tan head of a little over a finger. Has that nice tan lace all the way down.
S - roasty, chocolatey, hints of coffee. This has a good, deep nose to it.
T - great bitterness to it. Great espresso and chocolates. Deep flavors. Some roastiness in the back end. Caramel notes come through at end as well. So good.
M - full body and then some. This is thick and savory. Leaves you smacking your lips or more. This is exactly hoe a stout should feel.
O - not disappointed. Only knock would be its slight booziness... But it's an imperial, so what do you expect, right? Great imp stout.
