Appearance: Very dark opaque blackness. Pretty tan "mocha-ish" head with excellent lacing on the glass.
Aroma: Chocolate and bitter coffee fills the nose. It's not just the roastyness of the chocolate either, it seems that some of the sweetness compliments the chocolate smells. Very very pleasant aroma.
Taste: The sweet chocolate smell continues onto the tongue. The beer has a very nice mouthfeel, and the finish is bitter with coffee and dark chocloate flavors. The finish lingers a bit, in a very pleasant manner. There is a slight tingle from the alcohol content, but it's relatively hidden.
Notes: Very good beer. Superbly drinkable if you like chocolate flavors and smells. Don't miss this one.
