Appearance: The original Yeti pours jet black with just over a finger of dark tan head. Reduces down fairly slowly, and the remaining lacing is great. One of the best I've seen on an Imperial Stout. It clings all over the glass.
Smell: Dark roasted malts, chocolate, and coffee are all huge in this beer. I also get quite a bit of vanilla.
Taste: Chocolate, expresso and roasted malts all compete for the upper hand in this beer. Also some vanilla, and a slight kick of hops at the end to balance it all out. Tasty as hell.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, creamy and luscious. Just about as smooth as an imperial stout can get, I think. Also, some bitterness at the end from the dark chocolate. Body is very full.
Drinkability: This beer hides it's alcohol pretty well, I'd say. It's a full-bodied beer, but still quite drinkable.
