A-black with a nice dark brown head

S-smells like oatmeal brownies fresh out of the oven. I'm serious!it smells that good.

T-tastes like oatmeal brownies too with a distinct flavor of dark roasted grains. Matching after-taste

M-heavy. Creamy Low carbonation. Creamy finish

O-for the price, you'll have a seriously difficult time finding a more flavorful stout. This drinks like a big stout.

Binny's Orland

Finally getting around to trying this one. Yeti pours solid black into my snifter. It lets zero light through at all an actually makes my room darker. A 2 finger creamy brown head formed on the pour that fell to a cap with thick edges. Left lacing as it receded and continued to do so with each drink. A really nice looking beer.

I read on the bottle this beer had 75 IBUs. The hop presence really comes through in the smell. Big floral hop aromas. As it warms I even get some mild grapefruit rind. Not as much roasted malt as I expected but this is a rather nice surprise. Mild roasted malts, very mild. Some caramel makes a showing as well. I'm really liking the smell of this stuff. It's a hop bomb in a stout.

Mildly roasted malts in the flavor along with caramel malts. The roast comes through in the taste more than the smell. Roasted malts leave you with the familiar burnt coffee bitterness but this beer also finishes with an unfamiliar floral hop bitterness that lingers. Very good and unique.

Body is big but very smooth and creamy. A body like this usually tends to mean the beer is a sipper but the smoothness of Yeti makes this an easy one to put away. Hops cause the tongue to take a beating.

For such a big stout this is an extremely easy drinking beer. I could drink on this beer until it put me to sleep.

Yeti is a wonderful stout. A very unique beer with the big hop addition. Reminds me somewhat of Alpha Klaus. Definately a pleasure to drink.
