Appearance: Deep ruby in color with a walloping off-white head with light carbonation. The brew leaves little to no lacing throughout the session.
Smell: Spices and caramel malts soaked in booze. Smells DELICIOUS.
Taste: Bitter with hops being the dominant trait in this beer. The caramel malts come out towards the end with the booze kicking in halfway through the first gulp. The combination of spices and malts leaves quite the interesting aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: It's extremely thick and oily but delicious all the same.
Drinkability: Not something I would drink in excess, but this will be a brew that I will be purchasing every winter.
Serving type: bottle
