A-Body is a clear reddish amber w/thick light-beige head, good retention, and some lacing.
S-Light raspberry, faint malt and wheat. Pleasant.
T-Light raspberry sweetness w/tinge of grainy astringency and soap, and dry finish w/a touch of hops and slightly bitter aftertaste. Not bad.
M-Light-bodied w/moderately high level of carbonation.
D-Easy to drink, good summer brew, but this recipe would probably benefit from more raspberries, and although the sweetness level is nicely restrained, a little more might better balance out the considerably bitter finish.
