Appearance: Poured into a La Fin du Monde glass; clear ruby brown with thick off-white head to the top, good stickage and decent retention.
Smell: Very impressive sweet, fresh raspberries... nothing unnatural here... I'm checking my teeth for seeds... slight malt background but mainly a raspberry bomb.
Mouthfeel: Medium malty body, muted carbonation.
Taste: Thin malt at the beginning but all raspberries after that; sweet and slightly tart... feels great at the end with a little hops to floral it out.
Drinkability: An excellent fruit beer. Very nature and balanced with just enough malt to please the beer lover. I'd bring a six pack of this to a party to shake things up.
