A: Honey color with slight haze. Finger-thick white head with sticky lacing and great retention.
S: Strong smell of lemon peel. Juicy fruit smells are in there as well, mostly orange. Hint of sugary breads and other sweet smells I'm getting from the malts.
T: Citrus up front, hops give it a bitter lemon peel flavor. Hops are definitely there, very perfumy and dry. Bready malt flavor is faint, mostly getting the lemon peel and perfumy hops.
M: Body is typical for style. A little dry, and has a tingly acidity on the tongue.
D: Not bad. Would have liked to pick up more from the malts. Hops were present, just wanted a better flavor from them. A decent pale ale, and I would drink again if offered.
