Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a pint glass.
A - Light coppery/honey color with quarter inch head and minimal lacing.
S - Very light fruity aroma coupled with a biscuity/bready/yeasty malt background.
T - Initial flavor comes across as earthy and biscuity malts followed by a stale hop bitterness with a mild fruity backbone, very similar to the smell. Bitterness lingers slightly.
M - Perfect mouthfeel for a pale ale. Medium to light-bodied with just the right amount of carbonation.
D - Definitely a perfect beer to pair with good bar food or grilling out. Goes down smooth and could drink a few depending on the mood I'm in.
A solid representation of a pale ale. Good, not great. I wouldn't turn it down but probably will not seek it out in the future.
