12 oz bottle poured into a goblet.
Pours a cloudy amber color. It is bottle conditioned and some yeast was roused. Aroma is slightly fruity, very typical of an English pale ale. Some European hops in the nose as well as a nice toffee sweetness.
First sip has that distinctive English ale fruitiness. Tastes biscuity, bready, some earthy hop flavors, with a decent bitter kick at the finish.
Nothing that really knocks my socks off here, just a solid pale ale. Nicely drinkable, but nothing that I'd go out of my way to get again.
