A - Pours a clear copper color with one finger of creamy, off-white head. Good retention and leaves some nice lacing behind.
S - Biscuit and caramel malt aromas with some grassy, slightly citric hop character. A bit of an earthy quality in the nose as well.
T - Smooth and clean taste leaning towards the malty side. Slightly bitter kick up front that leads into a biscuity, caramel malt presence in the middle. Finishes with some grassy, floral hop bitterness. Biscuit character comes through again in the aftertaste.
M - Great mouthfeel - slightly heavier than a lot of other pale ales around. Smooth and creamy. Nice carbonation
D - Clean flavors and a great feel lend to high drinkability on this one. Could make for a very nice session brew. I will definitely revisit this one again.
