Presentation: 12 oz brown with the "month and week bottled" notch on the side for freshness.
Appearance: Bight and copper toned, decent off-white lace appears on top.
Smell: Sweet and delicate flowery hop aroma, some fruitiness from the malt also.
Taste: Very smooth with a sweet hop oil flavour riding on top of the malt backbone. Light pungent American hop bitterness flexes a bit, mild fruitiness balances. Finish dries perfectly with a grain and hop mesh.
Notes: True characteristics of an American Pale Ale. Distinct hop profile with a straight forward malt palate.
Serving type: bottle
