Poured from a 22 ounce bottle to a brandy snifter.
Pours a deep amber red, with burnt orange highlights. A big frothy 1 finger foamy head that slimes its way around the glass, exactly what i want from a DIPA. Big piny hops slam in the face, followed by big juicy citrus with a big sugary malt backbone. Citrus hops on the tongue, mango meets grapefruit, with a strong brown sugar follow up and a lemon meets aspirin bitter bite on the finish. This drinks exceptional, no way this is 10%?? Medium on the body, sugary and tart, bold hops with bitter finish, very creamy and smooth. This is a fantastic DIPA, the look is right the smell is right and damn the taste is right, cheers.
