A: Pours a magnificent pitch black, with a dark tan head that shows decent retention. This beer looks delicious.
S: Loads of dark fruit, oak (vanilla) and slightly woody. Awesome balance between the dark citrusy fruit, roast, and chocolate.
T: Some chocolatey sweetness hits the lips first, closely followed by sweet citrus, chocolate (dark), dark fruit and a pleasant citric bitterness. Lightly acidic/roasty notes in the finish, with nice light vanilla/oak character.
M: Smooth and silky. A bit lighter than expected even, and from what I recall it seems lighter than regular Yeti.
D: A bit hot after it warms--could use a bit of age.
