Appearance: 1pt bottle with no drink by/ bottling date. Pours black with a head that is 2 fingers, but dissolves down revealing fish eyes and lacing on the glass. When poured the beer looked a little syrupy and thick.
Smell: Coffee, apricots and alcohol scents. Very faint hint of vanilla and hops. The alcohol scent is more prominent than any of the other scents. I thought I would get more coffee scents from this beer, but the alcohol dominated.
Taste: Alcohol flavors straight off. Some cherry flavors on the sides of the tongue. Sweet and malty notes on the tip of the tongue. The aftertaste is bitter coffee flavors.
Mouthfeel: Slightly carbonated, but thin feeling. The beer leaves the mouth feeling a bit dry.
Drinkability: Loads of alcohol flavor and after only a few sips I could feel the alcohol in my system. The coffee aftertaste would skew any other beer you taste, but I will not need any other drinks for the night.

Look- opaque black, thick poor, thin dark tan head
Smell- hints of milk chocolate almost reminiscent of pudding, oak, coffee, molasses, nutty plum. Some cooked cabbage as well, unfortunately.
Taste- charred oak, bittersweet chocolate, earthy hops, semi-sweet malt in the middle followed by bitter dry finish with notes of cabbage. Alcohol is well hidden.
Feel- medium full, slightly sticky, medium carbonation
Overall- Despite the obvious infection, the aroma and appearance were quite inviting. Flavor was disappointing to me and I'm sure the infection played a role but I'm just not fond of the balance of roasted malt in Yeti.
