This pours very rich almost black, leaving a toffee brown colored head.
Smells of alcohol are most forward, with malts right behind. [the floral/sweet comes out as it warms]
Taste is a bit heavy on the alcohol side. Coffee and chocolate are present, but there is a pine hop I would expect in a pale ale. Though nice and balanced, that pine flavor seems out of place in this malty dark beverage.
WAIT! It has warmed up slightly, and the taste is getting much richer. I bumped it up from a 3.5 when cold to a 4 now that it is around 55 degrees. Yep, this is good warmer as you would expect. The pine starts to hide, and the alcohol stab turns into an undertone under the chocolate.
Mouthfeel is quite creamy. [even as it warms]
Body is nice and thick as you would expect. [and stays that way as it warms]
This is a quite good brew, I recommend it. Make sure, though, that you enjoy it not so cold - as it warms it really improves.

Look- opaque black, thick poor, thin dark tan head
Smell- hints of milk chocolate almost reminiscent of pudding, oak, coffee, molasses, nutty plum. Some cooked cabbage as well, unfortunately.
Taste- charred oak, bittersweet chocolate, earthy hops, semi-sweet malt in the middle followed by bitter dry finish with notes of cabbage. Alcohol is well hidden.
Feel- medium full, slightly sticky, medium carbonation
Overall- Despite the obvious infection, the aroma and appearance were quite inviting. Flavor was disappointing to me and I'm sure the infection played a role but I'm just not fond of the balance of roasted malt in Yeti.
