A-Pours a totally, translucent orangish, amber with 2 fingers of dense, lasting, dull white foam that left gorgeous rings of lacing.
S-Lots of tangy grapefruit, floral hops, pine, orange juice concentrate,a sweet punchiness similar to a Peach Jolly Rancher and a touch of toffee malt and cracker malts.
T-More big citrus and stonefruit.Jammy, fruit juice sweetness,earthy/slightly grassy hops and caramel malt.Very nice and bright with some definite Simcoe qualities in there.
M-Tangy,bright and dry with a good balance of sweet, earthy and tart flavors.
O-Real nice Fresh Hop ale that I've passed over numerous times because of freshness issues.I was very pleased to find a fresh one.Didn't disappoint.

The appearance is beautiful.a very bright orange with umber tones that has a beige head that is long lived and filled with nice large bubbles. Looking at the head from the top, after a bit of settling is almost looking at a slice of bread. The lacing is heavy and very complex in the patterns left behind.
The label on this one is spot on. Grassy and Bright are great adjectives fro this one. This is like a bottled spring day after the grass has been mowed and a light rain just passed and the sun is out. This is a very fragrant with the grassy-ness being dominant followed by pine, bread, spice, and hints of fructose.
The taste is far drier than I was expecting, which is not a bad thing. This just does not match the nose and was a rather pleasant surprise. I was expecting a lot more maltiness due to the nose. As one would expect the hoppiness is dominant and super fresh. The essential oils are still there in both the nose and the flavor with the hops having a sharp dominance that overpowers the dry malt with notes of citrus, bread with savory undertones. The finish is bitter and lingering.
The mouthfeel is just right for this brew which allows the flavors to coat the palate.
Overall this is extremely drinkable and interesting beer that I will definitely be drinking again.
