A - Pours a dark amber with an off-white head that lingers for a bit. Nice lacing on the glass left behind.
S - Has a decent nose, the hops lean towards pine & grass, but not overly complex.
T - Less hop than I was expecting, a lot more malt tones here.
M - Medium bodied beer with very little carbonation.
O - A good beer but I think I was expecting just a little more hop tones, especially in the taste, than what I got.

Lightly carbonated. Good color that is an amber golden. Smell is a very pleasant hoppy odor that teases the taste buds. Minimal floral hints. A real earthy simple scent. The taste is equally simple and straight forward. Just as I expected from the name. The hoppy bitterness is not compounded by further complexities. A delightful beer that is deserving of the name "fresh hops". I will be looking for this beer again.

A - Hazy orange marmalade body. Mixed bubble white head settles into a sable crown around the rim of the glass. Surprisingly stable retention. Low lace.
S - Soft citrus, pine, melon rind, and fresh pumpkin. The pumpkin note ebbs and weaves, but when it's there it's almost musky, like scooping out a fresh pumpkin.
T - Dry cantaloupe, orange pith, vegetable funk, honey, waxy resin, and pine wood. Feels like something is off - might be a bad bottle?
M - Dry, smooth, medium-full frame. Low carbonation
O - Not terrible, but there's something either in the execution or unique to this bottle that puts the balance out of whack.
