Beautiful head. Tasty! Spot on, fresh, grassy hop profile. Hops are aggressive, but not overwhelming. Bitterness has some bite, but without biting your head off. Complex herbal and botanical notes, with citrust and grapefruit notes adding brightness and zing. A great beer! Get it fresh and on tap!

22 oz bomber, best by 12/30/2014, poured into a tulip glass.

A - A ruby, orange, brown mix, with a one finger head that moves quickly a thin semi frothy lace.

S - Grass, pine, slight onion

T - The taste is very similar, it seems like you can taste the hop oils. Not as much malt balance as I was expecting. There is some peppery spice on the finish.

M - Very crisp, light bodied, but it still coats the tongue.

O - An enjoyable offering. If you are into pine and grass, this will serve you well.

Date: 11/4/14
Location: Halftime Mamaroneck
Draught/Bottle: 650ml Brown Bottle
Glassware: Snifter

Appearance: Darker in appearance then any of the other Wet hopped beers I'm trying, dark Golden to Amber in color. Big fluffy white head that has little retention and remains as nothing more then a whisp on the top of the beer.
Aroma: Big Grassy, earthy, wet hay, wet hopped feature absolutely strikes me at the onset. I have trouble getting passed it but I get some grapefruit and mango. Caramel and pale malts provide a slightly toasted and bread crust aroma.
Taste: The tartness is quite mild and beyond the hop flavors what I'm surprised by is the amount of caramel malt I taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, Medium carbonation. This beer contains only a minimal bitterness and dryness.

Notes: Drink by 12/24/14

Ruby red grape fruit and grass. Great take on an apa it's a refreshing change of pace , check the date because freshness is the key here.. it's a very drinkable ale that has a one dimensional citrus flavor and smell but it's not such a bad thing... I will continue to buy it , great beer to enjoy with a something off of the grill...
