Pours a very cloudy light banana yellow. Short white head with plenty of yeast aroma. Lemon is also very apparent. Sweet buttery flavors and fruity yeast way more prominent than hops, which sneak in a sliver of bitterness at the end. Fairly thick, creamy mouthfeel for a lighter beer.
Someone left this beer at my house and I didn't have high expectations. I don't know that I would enjoy this very often, but it went very well with sushi - easily exceeding expectations. For an American blonde that isn't using much in the way of hops, this beer is surprisingly interesting.
