A: Perfectly clear dandelion yellow. No bubbles. Large bubbles of head explode and leave what looks like a foamy white mountain range. The head recedes to a layer of film that leaves slight lacing.
S: Bright floral hops, slightly metallic, with hints of apples and pear.
T: Starts sweet with notes of citrus and grass dominating. There's also some spicy yeast in there, and a high hoppy bitterness throughout, but more so at the finish.
M: Medium-light mouthfeel, pleasant carbonation level--it's not too intense, just lets you know it's there.
D: Enjoyable? Sure. Memorable? Not so much. Though I do think it would go great with some salmon.
