Very clear golden honey colored liquid. Crystal clear. Not abit hazy, as I expect from most Belgian ales. Slight head which leaves quickly. Okay lacing.
Smells are what I'd expect. Slight white fruit smells. Peaches and apples, mostly. Some pepperey spice. Yeasty notes.
Slight sweetness. White fruits and honey. Spiciness. Yeasty bread notes.
No where near as creamy as it should be, IMO. Sort of rough, actually. The carbonation bubbles are too big, they should be smaller, therefore producing a creamier mouthfeel.
Not bad as a session beer, but if I'm spending this amount for a Belgian, I'd rather have an actual Belgian.
