A. Aggressive poor ¼ inch of mild thick tan head that dissipates quickly. Black/amber in color.
S. New Castle beer and dried dates.
T. Slightly watered down clone of New Castle. Like the label says mild hint of caramel, hops, and malt. Alcohol taste is astringent.
M. Crisp, again same as New Castle Brown Ale.
O. This is a very good substitute for you know what.

Pours very dark brown with a large, lasting pale tan head.
Nose shows peated malt, caramel, bready and nutty notes.
Rich flavours. Peat, cocoa, toasty malt, slightly solventy booze and sweet bready malt.
