A: The beer is slightly hazy light golden yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a two finger high bright white head that gradually died down but never completely faded away and left lots of lacing running down the sides of the glass.
S: There are light aromas of earthy yeast and in the nose along with some notes of cracker malts.
T: The taste is similar to the smell but the malty flavors are a little more prominent and also have some notes of sweetness and hints of peppery spices.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly smooth on the palate with a moderate to high amount of carbonation. No dryness is perceptible.
O: This beer seems to have more malts and sweetness (similar to a tripel) compared to other beers in the style, but it is still relatively easy to drink.
