Great Divide night on May 18th, 2011 at Papago Brewing in Scottsdale, AZ. Served in a tulip glass.
A - Light golden hazy yellow. Much lighter than a typical American IPA and more vibrant in color than the yellow American lagers.
S - Sour smell with some strong malt. Burnt sugar.
T - You can almost taste the yeast because you know they used unique yeast strains during the brewing process. There's a bit of alcohol. Fermented summer fruits. Not much hop presence.
M - Refreshing but cloying at the same time. Very drinkable and pleasant.
Highly recommended. Great Divide is a consistent brewery.

Big disapointment!! Stone cali-belgo is lightyears ahead of this! Average in every aspect and I think great divide is an excellent brewery but they missed on this one. !... i guess thats why they no longer make this one. Just trying to get to 250 characters at this point.
