A - Pours an opaque dark brown with a fluffy mocha head. Marvelous.
S - A quick sniff gives my the cayenne pepper. A deeper smell and the chocolate malt comes out. Nothing really special here.
T - Mmm. Creamy chocolate up front. Transitions into the oak nicely with some vanilla. Then the cayenne in the end is surprisingly pleasant. I've always been leery about chocolate and pepper together but I'm also always surprised. Very well put together.
M - Not as thick as I'd like but very smooth. Goes down easy.
D - The pepper does take away from the drinkablility a bit. But not enough to hurt it too bad.
Probably my least favorite Yeti but that's kind of like saying my least favorite Ferrari.
