Had a taster of this in the GD tap room. The appearance was very consistent with the style: thin white capped head over a golden straw body and great clarity. Nose was pretty crisp with some bread qualities but the hop profile carries a bit more of the weight here. The flavors were of crusty bread, almost to the extent of a nut character. Some lemon, but primarily a soft peppery grass finish. The body is a bit slick with not enough carbonation for my liking. In fairness, the kegerator was pouring around 52F; however, this should not have affected the beer to any devastating effect. Excited to try this one but came out a bit disappointed.

A: Pours a clear golden color. A small white head forms, and leaves light lace.
S: Musky, dank, oily, and soapy hops. Light citrus and lemon aromas.
T: Follows the nose. Citrus and lemon flavors. Dank musky hops that are way to oily and soapy.
M/D: A light body with medium carbonation. Not as crisp and dry as I would like. Not hard to drink, but would move on to something else pretty fast.
Just blah and bland. Nothing really good, but nothing really bad.

Great Divide goes with a pilsner for their anniversary party. They still have it on tap this week, so I try it.
Pours a good looking beer, light golden and clean and clear, but the head is pretty small. It has promise to be flat, and the nose backs that up. Faint spice and sweetbread. Just not strong aroma here. Oh boy.
Taste defies the above. It's not bad, and pretty good. A soft biscuit is wrap around mild spice and some carbonation. It's missing a 'zing' to it, so I can't be sure if this is a German style or Czech. I go with German for the lack of Saaz snap to it. Still, it's very drinkable. Good summer beer for sure

On-tap as a Tap Room only beer at the brewery. Served in a Becker.
A: Bright gold with a very slight chill haze. A small, but dense white cap has OK staying power and leaves bits of lace.
S: Lemon, pepper and grass, plus a light straw aroma.
T: Cracker-like initially from the pale malts. Bitterness comes on right away with a light pepper and lemon bite that's also a touch metallic. Finishes very dry, with a lingering straw and lemongrass flavor.
M: Medium light body feels just about right for this style.
D: This a very light beer and one of the most delicate I've tasted at Great Divide. I drank this on a very warm night and found it quite refreshing. Overall, it's pretty standard Pils fare, but also a nice departure from the brewery's bigger beers.
