12oz bottle poured into a tulip.
Gold with 2-3 fingers of white, fluffy head. Great retention and clarity. Low carbonation.
Caramel drizzled grains, potpourri, rye and hay.
Rye, pear and dried hay. Notes of potpourri, raw grains, earth and spelt. Touches of lemongrass and apple skin. The rye lingers along with some peppercorn.
Light-medium bodied, smooth, spicy and dry.
This is a very spicy Tripel. A lot of rye. Not a good representation of the style but it hides the alcohol quite well.
