Pours a hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. Excellent retention. and laceing. Aroma is of lemon, and candy. Body is creamy with a good amount of carbonation. Taste is of lemon, bubble gum,and spice. A bit of a tart finish. Not the best verison of this style, but worthy of a try.

12 oz bottle. Pours bright hazy yellow with a big fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is tropical fruits, some earthy yeast, flowery spices and a little iron.
The flavor is lots of sweet citric melon and some musty yeast with floral notes and lots of spices. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with lots of sharp carbonation.
Overall, not a huge fan of this wit. A bit sweet and overly spiced with some flavors that didn't go well for me.

12oz brown bottle with a freshness date.
Hazed pale yellow, excellent froth. Spicy, earthy, chalky, crackers, plummy and herbal in the nose. Big crispness, moderate sized body, even spicing, muddled vegtal character, fresh grass, citrus pith, yeast, hint of alcohol, very dry finish.
A good beer all around, nearly in the middle of the pack for the style though. Its a tough style to crack let alone perfect, great go at it though.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a tall pint glass. Bottled on March 27th, 2013.
Appearance: Pours a very hazy pale straw golden orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. About one finger of white head that fades into a thin layer. Leaves a decent amount of lacing around the glass.
Smell: A crisp, zesty, and spicy wheat driven aroma with hints of citrus and grains. Wheat and pale malt upfront with bready hints of grains, straw, crackers, pilsener malt, and yeast. Subtle mix of spices including hints of pepper, clove, and coriander. Slight hint of farmhouse funk. Citrus hints of orange, lemon zest, and pineapple. Hops are very light. A decent wheat aroma.
Taste: Like the aroma hints at, a crisp, clean, zesty, and spicy wheat forward taste with notes of citrus and grains. Wheat, pale, and pilsener malt notes upfront with a taste of grains, straw, crackers, and slight Belgian style yeast. Mix of spices including notes of clove, peppers, , coriander, and a little farmhouse funk. Zesty citrus notes of orange, lemon, and slight pineapple. Very subtle hops. A decent wheat and spice driven taste.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, clean, and nicely spicy and zesty. Very smooth.
Overall: A nice summer wheat ale. Good citrus and spice notes.

Loving the white ale trend everybody has to make a witbier these days, this one looks good in the classical since hazed lemonade body with a bright white cloud texture head. Aroma has soft coriander and orange peel zinging through with a finishing lemon notes I love it. Flavor is creamy with the wheat notes and coriander bitterness, citrus peel finish has me wanting more of this stuff. That's about it here folks, body is medium to lighter end of the spectrum with ample flowing carbonation finishes with a spicy boutique of spice and citrus peel colliding. Overall one of the beers I won't look back at next time I come across a new white ale.

12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Bottled on Mar 26 2013.
A: Pours a very pale light yellow straw with a 1.5 finger dense white head. Fairly hazy with tons of visible carbonation. Some alright lacing.
S: Has a fruity almost saison like character dominated by a yeastiness. Can pull out some wheat, spiciness and orange. Good farmhouse characteristic.
T: As anticipated this is reminiscent of a saison with a dominant wheat profile. Orange and banana come through as well as a touch of raisin or white grape.
M: Medium to full body for such a light beer. Has a nice creamy aspect to it from the wheat that seems to round it out.
Overall a solid witbier that has some nice complexity. Real easy to sip on and would be great for a hot day.

A - bright yellow with a big, frothy, white cap of dense head that has good retention
S - spicy Belgian yeast, straw
T - straw, spices, coriander, banana, Belgian yeast
M - light to medium bodied, well carbonated
This is a rather nice, light beer with a solid flavor profile. This is a beer brewed to style that could satisfy those just looking for a Witbier or those who are looking for something refreshing to knock back on a hot day. I enjoyed this one.
