Me and my Corn Dog went there on our Colorado trip. Its awesome looking at it from the outside because it is smack dab in the middle of downtown and one lot is the rather small brewpub and the other lot is this mass amount of giant fermenters and grain mills. Inside was pretty hoppin, lots of peeps, not a lot of room though. Kinda crammed. But very friendly employees, all the regular Great Divide beer offerings were there, plus a couple barrel aged versions in bottles that I couldn't afford on my vacation budget, plus they had the 19th Anniversary on tap. I didn't get any food but I saw them serving tacos. They looked kinda ok, but I'm from Texas so....come on. I've had the best of the best tacos. We sat outside and chatted with some locals. Very good times. I could see that as a quick spot to get outta the sun and grab a quick beer.

Stopped here early on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. Having been a fan of GD beers for quite awhile now, I was pretty excited to check the place out.
At first glance the ambience was pretty unremarkable, but there was plenty of energy with a packed room of 20 to 30 somethings. In fact, it was body-to-body full. There is also an outdoor section, but at about the width of a sidewalk, doesn't alleviate much of the indoor crowding. The bartenders were great - responsive and competent despite the crowds. In fact, I would say some of the best I can remember in my many brewery/brewpub visits.
Otherwise, the beer selection was good - I didn't see anything in the way of one-off taproom only type beers, but 6-8 Great Divide beers on tap is a very good thing no matter which they happen to be. As a whole, it was a good beer drinking experience, but would have been much improved had there been adequate room to stand, let alone sit. Given the downtown location, I'd expect they would look to gain more space, but then again, my experience was limited to a single visit.
