I stumbled upon this place as I came into Jackson The other day on road trip. I really wasn't expecting much for a beer store. As I came off Highway 22 into Jackson I saw the sign next to Albertson.
I walk in the store and it is small and quaint at first glance, looking up the had a nice loft for wine. The staff here are very kind and eager to help. The selection of beer ranges from local to a few out of the places plus your imports and cheap domestics. I was surprised to see a few high end brews too. I found Samuel Adams Triple Bock there in the cooler. There is a place to get a growler filled from about 7 taps of local brews. There is a small cigar cabinet. Since this is the only store of its kind in Jackson is sure has a lot to offer. The one of the nice perks this store offers is holding stock. Since I only live a little over an hour away the manager said that if I call or log on to the internet they will hold beer and any other fine spirit or wine if I wanted. A great place and will be back to shop.

located adjacent to the albertsons grocery store - the complex provides tourists with all the necessary provisions.
while inside, a few fraternal types were stocking up on some malt liquor 40's boasting of their high alcohol content - bravo!
aside from the fact the store was full of bozos, the beer selection was sufficient to fuel my Teton adventures for a few days...oskar blues cans, snake river cans, plenty of higher end offerings from odell, deschutes, teton, alaskan, etc.
there were taps to fill growlers from, though nothing too exciting and not practical for my purposes.
good spot, hit this joint to refuel and then escape the ruckus and get in the woods.

The Liquor Store is probably your best bet in Jackson. Located adjacent to the Albertsons grocery just outside of downtown.
Pretty quality selection here that's heavy on the local(ish) representation. Selections from Snake River, Deschutes, Grand Teton, Alaskan, Wind River, Odell, Oskar Blues, and some more obscure breweries like Madison River. Mostly six-packs but with a range of large-format stuff - the Grand Teton big beers, Odell stuff, FT Lips of Faith, and Deschutes Jubel to name a few. They seem to be on top of the seasonal game as well. The growler filling station featured 9 nice taps at the time of my visit, with prices ranging from 9-11 dollars - pretty fair.
Service was good, with employees roaming the place and offering useful advice.
Everything is refrigerated, quality probably fine as this is a high-traffic store. Prices were a little higher than the other game in town, but there were quite a few items on sale, so it can go either way.

Located next to Albertson's south of the downtown tourist area in Jackson.
The Liquor Store has a large selection of beer, wine and liquor. The have a loft area dedicated to wine and several aisles for liquor. They accomodate 12-14? doors for beer.
They have a sweet Growler fill station. They had a flavor New Belgium, Rogue, Sierra Nevada, Snake River, Grand Teton, WInd River, and Wildlife. Was cool to see them supporting the local beer scene heavily.
The beer cooler has 2 doors with Bombers and some 12oz. The rest were 6r's, 12s, and cases. Alot of Deschutes, Odells, Big Sky, New Belgium, Oscar Blues, Grand Teton, Snake River, and the like. They did carry a handful of highly rated boutique beers. I was able to pickup a Woodcut #3, some 2009 Abyss, Rogue xs Imp Stout 7oz, and a Grand Teton Cellar Reserve Black Ipa.
The staff was helpful. I believe I was talking with the manager who was good at his job.
The only set back to this place is the tourist economy. Jackson Hole area tends to be a bit more expensive on most hard goods. However this is easily forgotten when you are drinking good beer in the presence on the Tetons.

The Liquor Store looks like part of the Albertson's supermarket from the outside, but it is nothing like the supermarket beer selections we have in Chicago.
Liquor Store has 6-8 taps of local brews and you are allowed to BYO growler (both swing top 750s and jugs).
We visited the third week in January and the taps were pouring good beers including:
new belgium 2 below
powder hound winter ale
grand teton imperial ipa
never summer from boulder beers
I think there were 8 taps and we could only remember 6, but this was a really nice selection (I don't remember any bum taps) and reasonable prices (they only charged us normal beer price on the imperial IPA growler -- not sure if this was a mistake or not -- but it was an amazing beer and quite the amazing price -- we think it was 6 bucks -- could be wrong but it was definitely not more than 10).
The bottle selection is also quite good. A cooler with imports is closest to the taps. Along the rest of the back wall is a walk-in which has a bunch of BMC but also some special singles (like the grand teton reserve series). Along the other side wall is another bank of coolers with six/12 packs of local/west coast micros.
Between Snake River and here, there is no reason to drink bad beer in Jackson... We picked up a growler at Snake River and it got a lot of use.
