I stopped in while in Greeley on business based on the BA reviews.

The beer selection is easily accessible and quite thorough with lots of bottles (includes 12oz, 22oz and others, some refrigerated and some not) and lots of six packs (refrigerated). The selection is very good. They had several sours from Russian River. I was only planning to get a bottle or two but I ended up with two Plinys, a RR Supplication, a Firestone Walker Imperial IPA and a Firestone Walker Anniversary. I left wishing I’d brought a larger suitcase.

The service was very good. I asked for recommendations on Colorado / west coast beers. He pointed out several including the Plinys in the cooler that I completely missed.

Bittersweet Liquors is a good shop and well worth a visit.

I live near college green liquor so that's where I typically go to buy my beer but wanted to check out Bittersweet liquors based on reviews from BA, which made it sound like it was the only place to go in Greeley. I personally found the selection better at College Green liquor but they did have some different stuff so I will continue to stop by from time to time.

The place has a bit of a rundown feel to it, but we're here for the beer not the ambiance, right? They do have a mix of local and national craft beers as well as a mix of big named craft breweries and more unique beers. I do like that they have a section of mix and match six packs, though there wasn't enough quality on offer this time for me to use it.

As far as pricing goes, it seemed to be mixed. Some items were cheaper than I'd seen elsewhere but others were more expensive. Not a great selection of 22oz bottles but there were some interesting things there. I came looking for a barleywine but there was only one on offer, which I had had before and didn't particularly like. I wound up picking up a Mateveza Organic Black Lager, which I hadn't tried before.

I've been visiting this store for the past 5 years.

Atmosphere - The store feels a bit cramped and there is an extremely large television looming over the checkout counters, but the beer is always faced and fully stocked and the interior is fairly nice.

Quality - Definitely the highest quality brews available in Greeley and surprisingly comparable to some of the "superstores" along the frontrange.

Service - Pretty knowledgable staff, especially one particular guy who has been working there for a long time. Willing to order stuff, but don't always follow through.

Selection - Although the cooler space is a bit limited, the warm beer shelves are well stocked with weird wild stuff both domestic and imported, often at surprising discounts.

Nice store well lit and easy to get to (right on the corner pf 10th and 35th)

Good service. If you need help there's always one staff who can point you in the right direction. If you don't they leave alone.

By far the best selection in town. The Bruery, Lost Abbey, Stone, a decent contingent of Germans, Belgians and English beers plus all the locals (New Belgium, Odell, Avery, Crabtree, Oskar Blues, Left Hand) are well represented. Nothing really exotic but solid.

Being that this is literally the only place in town to get many of these premiums it's not cheap but the prices are still pretty reasonable.

Good selection; I have seen the inventory rotate on a regular basis so there really isn't anything that ends up being "old". I believe I saw four full doors of bombers, which in Greeley is pretty exceptional (Granted, that's nothing compared to other areas). I saw almost all of the Avery bombers and 12oz specials, along with about a dozen or so different Belgian 4 packs. Strong offerings from Colorado breweries. I've seen a few beer tastings on some Fridays, as well. Great prices, btw. I requested some items, and they got it within a week and called me back - recommended! :)
