600ml bottle served in a mug glass.
A: Pours a dark amber color forming a medium, creamy and thin bubbled yellow head. Medium retention and some few molasses and lingering lacings formed and left in the glass. A thin bubbled layer remains for long time on the top
S: Strong notes of toffee, caramel and crystal malts in the nose. Sweet, malty and biscuity. Flowery and bit citrus hops. Light boozy end
T: As the nose. Sweet upfront. Strong notes of toffee, caramel and roasted malts. Citrus hops profile, light bitterness. Crispy, malty and bready profile as expected
M: Medium and molasses body. Medium carbonation. Caramel in the aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. An authentic and well done German Bock. Sweet and malty as expected. Recommended

600 ml bottle, exp. 03/2017. Most beautiful red beer, with low retention foam. Great aroma and taste, the best beer from this brewery in my opinion. Neither coffee nor caramel sweetness are overwhelming in any sense. After some swirls, the last pour is almost murky and reveals all the brown sugar listed in its ingredients.

600 ml bottle, happily consumed on the premise of Vila St. Gallen. Thanks Gabriel! On to the beer:
A lovely ruby red color, and topped with two finger's thickness of head. A patchy lace clings to the glass. Its aroma is more than modest, it's done well. I can smell raisins, baked bread, caramel, and just a kiss of the booze. Amazingly, its taste is a little better. This is delicious beer here! Raisins, covered in caramel. A note of peach. Dark bread. A slap of booze. The overall flavor is very smooth, as is the texture,
What a bock, and what a way to wake my taste buds up before 10 am!

A very good and tasty bock beer. Beautiful color, nice head and strong fruity taste with long aftertaste. And reasonable priced.

Got excited at first, but I let myself be influenced by the indication for colder days ... Other than that, I liked the taste of coffee is interesting and the color is very pretty! Followed with a beautiful pasta in big sunday summer!

I should say this beer is really beautifull, it is a Bock beer of nice red an amber color. The foam is nice too.
The real problem on this beer is that it is too much sweet and cloying; it has too much caramel malt and it's priming is made with brown sugar (what explains my rates of taste and overall).

Beautiful ruby color with a thick beige head with good retention and leaving some traces.
Aroma of caramel and biscuit malts with a hint of pine.
Sweet flavor of toasted malts with notes of plums, red fruits, caramels, floral and earthy hops, a hint of pine wood and spices and brown sugar. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light to medium body with adequate carbonation.
I was positively surprised by this beer, best Therezópolis I had so far. Though it works better when drunk below 10 Celsius, being still flavorful and not tiresome. I would tune down its sweetness.
