On Tap in a glass.
Black IPA boasts 75IBU's and is a black beer to say the least. A nice dark tan foam popping up leaving some suds on the glass. Smell is bright with hop scent (100% Sorachi Ace) and some roasted character coming through slightly with warming. At this point hops are the main scent. Some lemon and orange in the scent with a spicy component. Molasses with warming. Overall a great sniffer. Taste is very bold with bright sorachi ace goodness. Very bitter with some malt balancing out in the end. Roasty. Feel is medium with a very bold carb that bites the tounge a bit. At 6.9%, not very sessionable, but easily drinkable.
