I used to work in Dobbs Ferry so I went here quite a few times. Parking sucks especially during lunch. Dobbs Ferry...what can you do. The place is nice looking from the outside. They have chairs out during the nice weather months which is great. You get a good breeze coming off of the Hudson. The selection of beer is suprising. Tons of great craft beer and always at least one Captain Lawrence on tap. I have seen Brooklyn, Unibroque, Sieera Nevada, Sam Adams, Saw Mill, some Belgians and surprises mixed in. The food is actually really good. Probably one of the better Mexican places north of New Rochelle. It does attract families during dinner so if going for a beer and burrito hit them up during happy hour. (714 characters)

Checked this place out with my girlfriend on a Sunday evening. It was pretty crowded, a lot of families and small kids. There's a reasonably sized Southwest-style dining room with an average-sized bar.

Only three taps, but all craft: Captain Lawrence Pale Ale, Goose Island IPA, and a seasonal special, which happened to be Dale's Pale Ale. A small, but varied bottle selection, including choices from Ommegang, Brooklyn, Rogue, Lagunitas, Dogfish Head and Victory. Prices generally run between $4-5.

Food was typical Cal-Mex - tasty, but underspiced, IMO. Burritos are the big thing here. The guacamole was top-notch, though.

Is this is major beer spot? No. But it's always nice to find restaurants that takes their beer selections seriously. It's certainly one of the best beer selections I've seen at a Mexican place. (829 characters)

Stopped in after work for a look see, a beer and food to take out...smallish, downtown Dobbs Ferry location, one room, high ceilings, large windows, modern bar on the left as you enter, extensive Americanized Mexican offerings, alot of burritos, about 2 dozen respectable selections in bottles, including Stone, Ommegang, Goose Island, Brooklyn, DFH, Lagunitas, Rogue, Victory,Wolavers and some other macro leaning choices, only 3 taps, but they had Captain Lawrence, Goose Island and something else fairly worthy I cant remember....also about a dozen "premium Tequilas". Fun, little place for a Mexican bite and a decent selection of BA worthy brews. (651 characters)
