Crystal clear, pale golden colour with a large and airy white head. Good head retention.

Big tropical fruit aroma with great pawpaw, mango and citrus notes. There's even some lime here. Very nice.

Fruity hop flavours with a sweet, pale malt flavour. Somewhat syrupy with noticeable alcohol. Moderate bitterness. Slightly grassy. Not as good as the aroma but still nice and not overly malty.

Medium to medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Good.

A delightful little beer that is typically hoppy and packed full of flavour. Nice.

330ml bottle poured into a snifter. Produced June 2016, consumed October 2016.

Clear golden copper color with one finger of white foamy head that stands for a while with average retention before subsiding to some long-lasting bubble sheet atop along with plenty of quite sticky lacing patch and spot on the glass-side. There are numerous of visible carbonations when swirl.

Loads of fresh fruitiness reminds me of grapefruit, passion fruit, mango, and lemon peel. Hoppy goodness also yields notes of pine, resin, floral, some spice, grassy, and dank. Malt is there too as a good support with notes of sweet bread and caramel.

Really nice balance in the flavor structure, it starts with grapefruit, tropical fruit, and lemon peel from hop. Then malt tries to intervene and paves the way inside the palate with touches of sweet bread and caramel to let hop roaming again with notes of floral, resin, pine, and some dank. The end is still hop again with a non-excessive bitterness which is very pleasant to enjoy the taste buds.

The body is medium to a bit full with nice crispness and lively carbonation to generate smooth mouthfeel and soft effervescence covering the palate as well as to carry all the things well, dry finish.

This DIPA is truly a kill, intense but not too surplus and same time with good complexity. Alcohol is very well hidden making its high drinkability. All in all, the best part of it is the perfectly balance character in all aspects.

From the bottle, it pours a nice amber with a sweet head. Lots of hops tickle the nose with citrus and pine. Well balanced malt and hops, not too bitter, but flavorful excites the tongue. Excellent!

Great gobs of hops! The beautiful aroma of hops permeate at first pour. Can something so great come from New Zealand....apparently so. Little to no head when poured, great amber color and did I mention the hops? Will buy again for sure!!!

Copper kettle in colour, and looks filtered on the first pour. Lots of sparkly carbonation, topped with a finger of yellow tinged head.

Hops, yes. Zombie, well, perhaps its dead. I get the typical west coast hops, pine, orange marmalade, a big hint of toasted malts, a hint of cayenne pepper. Yes, some onions as well.

Initially its sweet, orange marmalade, lemonade, pine, floral and citrus, moderate bitterness on the end. Garlic, onions, and dankness in there as well. Alcohol is well hidden, it rides like a single IPA, not a double.

Medium body, feels very light for the style. solid carbonation, overall its smooth.

Got on Wish beer, drank May 29th, 2016. Really good brew, perhaps this one isn't fresh. That considered, its still really good.

Clear copper with a big creamy fluffy head.
Aroma reminds me of NZ hops like Nelson Sauvin variety.
Taste: everything balanced and harmoniously working well together. Bitterness doesn't stand out.
Medium body and carbonation.

12 oz bottle dated 1/10/16 poured into a tulip.

Honey amber under a 2cm light tan head that falls to a thin ring of foam with a solid ring in under two minutes.

Aromas of cantaloupe and musk melon with white grapes and sweet malted caramel way underneath.

Hop fueled flavors of white grapes, melon, all balanced by a clean bitterness that fades to dry on the finish. The malts are there but just enough to add balance and temper the bitterness.

The mouth is right per style with just the right amount of carbonation.

Overall this is an impressive beer that I feel fortunate for having the chance to sample.
