Solid place, Still up and coming. Some very odd beer flavors. Some good, Some not so much. none the less definitely worth checking out. Try the Peanut Butter Porter!

A great place to find whatever you need for home brewing. I'm fairly lucky in terms of ability to home brew in that I live 10 min.s away from this place. They've got any grains you might want (along with a mill to crack said grains). They've also got a great selection of hops and yeast to brew anything under the sun. It's nice to plan ahead (I'm sure), but I appreciate the fact that I can decide or change my decision on brew day without any difficulty since I can run up the street to get the necessary ingredients.

They've also got a large selection of kits if you're just getting started as well as all of the necessary equipment. I must admit that some of the equipment can be found elsewhere for cheaper, but you always pay for convenience at the brick and mortar stores. If you want to get into home brewing, I highly recommend this place.

A good place for buying whatever you need. I can usually find what I need there, and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Some of the dried extracts are a little more pricey than online stores, but you save on the shipping, so it's a push. Malt extract is well priced, and they have a great selection of hops and yeast.

Always friendly, and willing to help. It seems like they move a lot of product so that's a plus. Stop in and talk to them once in a while, and pretty soon they will know you by name. They have been very helpful for me as a beginner, giving me suggestions for hops etc.

Everything you want in a homebrew shop in more. From extracts to All-grain and all the equipment in between. Kegging as well. The best for me is the staff that is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. They are all real cool and willing to talk (and yes even share a beer from the back) with you as you pick their brains about homebrew issues. I highly recommend this place for anyone within the great cincinnati/tristate area.

They also now sell their own brew in the store. I recommend the cream ale!

Now I was none to sure I had the right place here, and actually passed it up twice before I finally saw the sign on the roof (see picture). Not the greatest part of the city that I saw on my trip, but that’s fine, no worries. I pulled into the little parking lot across the street by the railroad tracks and walked across to go in. This has got to be one of the most expansive stores I have seen. Now I am relatively new to the whole homebrew scene, but this place seemed to have it all. The stores by me have no where near the ingredients they had here, and I just was amazed and did not even know where to begin. I browsed through their kits and was equally amazed. The staff was beyond friendly and easy to deal with. I spent a good 30 mins there just getting tips and tricks for what I was going to start doing when I get home. Overall this was definitely a quality stop, but you need to know what you are looking for. The place honestly looks abandoned from the road. Just look for the sign on the roof, and if you get to Xavier College, you went way too far.
