Served in a Chicago Bears shaker pint glass.
A brand new brewery to our area. This offering is a Belgian pale ale (or so I believe) brewed with marruca honey (though the translated Italian story I read may or may not suggest it was brewed with "honey thorns"...). It pours a hazy bright pale orange-gold topped by a finger or so of white foam. The nose comprises clove, cardamom, orange zest, and coriander. Everything comes off sweeter than I expected. The taste is dominated by a mildly bitter orange peel flavor, with a touch of coriander and soap to back it up. The sweetness and spiciness of the smell are both absent here on the tongue, which comes across decidedly one-dimensional. The body is a rather light medium, with a moderate carbonation, a somewhat thin feel, and a sorta dry finish. Overall, an alright beer at best, one I don't see myself picking up again (especially at that outrageous (Italian craft beer) price).

Pours hazy orange with a huge 2-3 finger head, extremely sticky and foamy.
Cascade hops dominate the smell, with citrus and green notes. There's also coriander and honey.
Huge citrus notes on a pale malt background. Lots of oranges (with unripe dry orange rind), lime, tangerine and grapefruit. Exotic notes also, with lychee and dragonfruit. Some peach also. Buttery feel, with lots of honey on top. Spicy yeasts, giving off coriander, pepper and hints of vanilla. Low floral notes, bigger herbal and bitter hoppy finish, typical for a Cascade dry hopped.
Body is medium, somewhat creamy and borderline fizzy also.
A really nice artisanal brew, a good one from Amiata.
