A light bodied ale with malty dominated flavor. Very low hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma.

Poured from a 12oz. can into a Crow Peak pint glass.
A very pale yellow in the glass with a slight head that dissipates to some spotty lacing.
The aroma is very slight, a bit of yeasty bread, maybe a hint of honey and a slight sour note in the background.
The taste is sweet with a little hop flavor early on and a little lingering bitter surrounding the sweet, malty middle.
The mouthfeel is very light and slightly bubbly.
Overall, this is a decent cream ale, easy to drink but kind of boring. Probably my least favorite Crow Peak beer.

12oz can into a 12oz Willie Becher.
L: Pours straw light yellow w a light yeast wave, a fast moving 1/2" eggshell white head w OK retention down to a skin, large carbo bubbles, light random lacing.
S: Light malts, a hint of bread.
T: White grape, apple, metallic, a hint of biscuit, distant honey.
F: Cola-like light bodied w a fast and parching dry finish.
O: Not creamy at all and not good tasting. It is off style and is more like an XXXtra brut cider. It wrecked my tongue. It is awful.

I picked this up yesterday while vacationing in the Badlands and nearby Sage Creek campsite. Beautiful golden color with nice clarity but little head. The nose and flavor are tinged with a heavy biscuit note.
Big tasty crystal malt laced with a slight metallic note. Easy drinking and smooth in texture. Another solid cream ale.

6/23/19...pours pale gold, clear. Foamy white top. Milky nose. Lactose forward. Creamy mouthfeel. Smooth. Buttery. Quite mellow. Straight up but still. Real nice.

tested from 12oz cans
Very clear beer, hint of gold in color. nice fine pure white head that dissipates quickly leaving plenty of lacing
Not much smell, little bread, sweet floral, honey
taste, low on flavor not much there, micro amounts of bread, and a little honey and floral. Very smooth. Creamy? just a touch of creaminess. A clean tasting beer.
easy drinking beer, might be good on a hot summer day. Not bad really but a very light duty flavor wise beer. i didn't notice any off flavor or flaws. Ale? taste more like a lager
