Poured from a 12oz. can into a Crow Peak pint glass.

A very pale yellow in the glass with a slight head that dissipates to some spotty lacing.

The aroma is very slight, a bit of yeasty bread, maybe a hint of honey and a slight sour note in the background.

The taste is sweet with a little hop flavor early on and a little lingering bitter surrounding the sweet, malty middle.

The mouthfeel is very light and slightly bubbly.

Overall, this is a decent cream ale, easy to drink but kind of boring. Probably my least favorite Crow Peak beer.

Canyon Cream Ale pours a bright straw yellow color with almost no head. There is an aroma similar to garbage that has been sitting in the hot sun for a while. The taste however is crisp and has a mellow golden malty undertone. The taste is watery, but still some flavors can be picked out. Overall it tastes good, but its a bit weak and boring.

Had this beer in sturgis. Poured it from a can into a plastic hotel cup.

Appearance - golden with little to no head.
Smell - not much of a smell. Slightly sweet odor.
Taste - I'm a fan of cream ales and this one does not disappoint. Very light bodied and pleasant. Extremely smooth. I'm not mentioning flavors because there isn't anything strong to note. No aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - this is a perfect summertime beer. Its light, refreshing, smooth and the carbonation is pleasant.
Overall - pleasant surprise after a 12 hour drive from jackson wyoming. It was much needed and i wish I'd bought more.
