A: it's essentially a small liquor store with a beer section. All the beer is sitting cold which is nice
Q: Not a whole lot of obscure stuff on the shelves so this isn't a place to go whaling. Limited bomber selection and few seasonals so mostly year round offerings
Ser: Decent service. It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to have follow me home and I was asked if I needed help.
Sel: Just a couple coolers in the back so selection is a little limited.
F: they have some food stuffs you can buy as well but that wasn't what I was looking for.
V: They don't overvalue their stuff so you can walk out with a six pack of some craft and still have a couple bucks left over if you hand them a ten.

This place is great, especially for this area. Not a huge selection by any stretch of the imagination, but really impressive variety. . . kinda' odd really. When, I discovered this place, I had recently been to Chicago to one of those liquor super-stores (Binny's, in the Wrigleyville area). I actually saw a few things here, I didn't see there. One in particular was a brew my brother had told me he had been looking for in the Chicago, but couldn't find. Well, you can get it here in Bossier City, LA. So the moral of this story, if you're in the area, and looking for something off the beaten path, you can likely find something here to tide you over.

Northwest Louisiana is lacking in beer selection, so when a purveyor comes along that is willing to stock the more difficult to find beers, it comes as welcome news. This store certainly has the most extensive beer selection in Bossier City, and is nice to not to have to cross the river to get a decent hefeweizen.

Some of the products carried on a recent visit include:

Lindemans Framboise Lambic, Harviestoun Bitter, Holy Grail Ale, Rogue Chocolate Stout, Wycwood Scarecrow Pale Ale, Blacksheep Ale, Chimay Grande Reserve, St. Peter's English Ale, Ridgeway IPA, Coniston Old Man Ale, Theakson Old Peculiar, Blackfriars Scottish Ale, Coopers Pale Ale, Samuel Smith's Lager, Hoegaarden White, Rogue Dead Guy Ale, Monchshof Weinact 5 liter minikeg, Spaten Pils/Oktoberfest&Optimator Dopplebock, Paulaner Hefe Weizen, Ayinger Brau Wiesse Hefe Weizen, Ayinger Ur-Weisse Dark Hefe Weizen, Ayinger Jahrhundert, 5 offerings from Abita, EKU Pils, Anchor Steam, 4 offerings from Sierra Nevada, 5 Samuel Adams offerings, 4 Shiner offerings, Taj Mahal Lager, Tiger Lager, Harbin Chinese Lager, Kronenbour 1664.

More common offerings were Newcastle Brown Ale, MacKeson Triple Stout, Peters Wicked Ale, Peters Wicked Strawberry Blonde, Carlsberg Lager, Grolsch Lager, Grolsch Blonde Lager, Carlsberg Elephant, San Miguel, Guiness, Bitburger Pilsner, Warsteiner Pilsner, Harp, Sapporo, Redhook, Sol, Pacifico, Dos Equis, Modelo.

It wasn't too long ago, that one had to drive to Baton Rouge or Dallas to get these types of beers. Now with Wine Country and The Cellar, decent Hefeweizens and Geuze is near at hand for those of us stuck up here in beer wasteland.
