The beer is light amber with a thick white head. The aroma offers a moderate amount of hops, citrus, pine. Resinous with a sturdy malt body. A fair amount of bitterness in the finish. Medium-light in bodied with appropriate carbonation. Overall, pretty good.

Review from notes:
A - Pours an amber copper color, 2 fingers of foamy white head, average retention with impressive lacing.
S - Fresh orange/grapefruit flesh, leafy green, perfumey, just a very fresh hop aroma, not much malt coming through.
T - All hops upfront, big grapefruit citrus, leafy green, spearmint, some floral, generic fruit esters akin to an English ale yeast. A sweet caramel malt base rides underneath boasting more presence than the nose describes. Bitterness builds to a dry a clean finish.
M - Lighter feel for an IPA but not in a bad way, medium carbonation, dry finish.
Hops seemed very fresh with assertive citrus and green aromas. Good amount of malt to hold the base down. Above average for the trillion of IPA's out there.

Enjoyed this 12oz can out of a large snifter glass.
A: Pours a clear golden –orange hue with a thick white head that slowly dissipates into a solid lace.
S: Hoppy aroma with a slight citrus background.
T: Bitter hoppy flavor with a citrus and pine middle finishing on the dry side of bitter.
M: Medium body and medium carbonation.
O: Solid IPA – worthy of a try.

Deep amber body; good clarity; well-proportioned, creamy tan head has moderate retention with good lacing.
Hop aroma is average strength and nicely fruity. Some sweet malt is evident too.
The flavor shows some faint malt but the hops really dominate. Rising bitterness and grapefruit flavor peak in a bitter finish that lingers on and on.
O: good choice for hop heads.

Poured from a can bought as a single on a recent road trip into a wine-style goblet.
Color is hazy amber.
Head is foamy, beer actually exploded from can. Lacing is minimal
Smell is a mix of malt and a fruitier hop. Not citrus, maybe mango.
Mouth feel is on the dry side
Taste is of malt, mango and a bit of pine. All in all on par with regional IPA's I've had. Not super interesting and a bit on the malty side. Probably wouldn't buy again on purpose, but if it was the regional offered against a flight of BMC and Fat Tire I'd be happy to drink it.
